We think compliance and carbon should fall out of the work you already do.

Nakitte is an AI-native carbon, compliance and logistics platform for Turkish SMBs. We started from a simple frustration: a small business already does the work — it invoices, it ships, it files its taxes — and then has to do it all again to satisfy a carbon report, a CBAM disclosure, or a U-ETDS filing. So we built one platform, on one ledger, where the compliance and the emissions are a by-product of the books, not a parallel chore.

How we build

Three principles run through every product in the family. They're also why we're comfortable being audited on our own marketing copy.

Code-first, claim-backed

We don't sell roadmaps as features. Every capability we describe is backed by committed code — from the trial balance, P&L and balance sheet to CBAM disclosure XML with XSD validation. If a product page can't point at the controller, the claim doesn't ship.

One ledger, not a bolt-on

Carbon isn't a separate spreadsheet you reconcile at quarter-end. The journal entries you post for your books also drive the carbon ledger, so emissions and compliance fall out of the work you already do instead of becoming a second job.

Compliance & trust by construction

KVKK isn't retrofitted. Data-export and erasure are first-class endpoints — KVKK Art. 7 / 11 are real API ports — and per-tenant AI spend is capped at the orchestration layer so the AI budget can't silently run away.

How we go to market

We build with design partners

We don't launch into a vacuum. We build each product line to the real workflow an operator runs every day, then prove it with a design partner before we sell it to a second customer:

Air cargo —our ULD & air-cargo line is built on the open IATA standards the industry already speaks, with Turkish Cargo as the design partner we're pursuing to prove it in production (ONE Record and Cargo-XML), not a proprietary format we invented.
Accounting — Carbon Accounting is built around the mali müşavir review loop, generating the e-Defter envelope and TR tax outputs from the same postings the accountant already reviews.

We're honest about maturity: only Carbon Accounting is generally available today. Everything else is badged where it really is on the products page.
