Carbon Accounting
Bookkeeping for Turkish SMBs that also takes care of your tax forms and your carbon reporting — from the same records, on their own. Your mali müşavir keeps working exactly as they do today; your KDV, your e-Defter and your carbon numbers just fall out of the entries you already make. No second tool, no second team, nothing to re-type.
What you get today
Everything below is in the product and working now. The same figures your mali müşavir reviews turn into your tax forms and your carbon numbers at the same time — there's nothing to copy from one system to another, and your data stays private to your own company.
Your carbon numbers, straight from your books
This is what sets us apart from an ordinary accounting tool: your carbon footprint is worked out from the entries you already make. You don't re-type anything into a separate system.
- Your carbon entries are created automatically from your bookkeeping — nothing to reconcile by hand.
- A simple review step for the figures you enter: someone records an amount, a reviewer approves it (or sends it back with a reason), and only then does it count toward your carbon numbers.
- A permanent record of your Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions: entries can't be quietly changed, and you can look them up by period and scope, just like your accounts.
- Emission factors you can stand behind — Turkish national, IPCC, DEFRA and IEA factors plus any of your own, each one dated, so every number traces back to the exact factor and year behind it.
- A management report you can group by period and download, plus an annual emissions summary that totals the year by scope.
CBAM reports for your EU customers
- Ready-to-send CBAM reports, prepared and checked for you — one per quarter and per EU customer.
Your TSRS climate disclosure
- Your TSRS climate disclosure, prepared from your own data: the emissions figures (Scope 1, 2 and 3) are filled in automatically from your carbon records and locked once you generate the report; the written parts — governance, strategy, targets and your internal carbon price — are yours to complete on an on-screen workspace where you generate and download the report. We prepare the document; you and your auditor stay in charge of filing it, and we never claim it's "TSRS-assured."
AI that does the first draft — you always decide
Every AI feature here works the same way: it suggests, a person approves, and nothing is filed or posted on its own. Your AI spending is capped, too, so it can never run away.
- A spending cap on AI so costs never surprise you, with answers reused where possible.
- Every AI request goes through the same checks — the spending cap, reused answers, and a check that the result is in the right shape — using a fixed, versioned set of prompts so you always know what produced a draft.
- A first-draft month-end summary written from your own P&L, with every number tied back to your figures. A person approves it before it can leave the system. (Out of the box it shows a sample; live summaries turn on with the AI add-on.)
- A heads-up when a month's KDV looks unusual compared with recent months, with the likely reasons — it's advice only, and never changes your filing.
- Drop in a supplier-invoice PDF and get a ready-to-check draft — we recalculate the KDV ourselves from the lines rather than trusting the page, and nothing posts until you confirm it.
- A suggested emission factor for each purchase — the suggestion picks the activity, but the actual value, source and year come from the real factor library, and you confirm before anything counts.
Everyday bookkeeping, the Turkish way
- Your Turkish chart of accounts (TDHP), set up for you from day one — no setup work — shown as an account list you can browse and add to.
- Journal entries that always balance — the system won't let a lopsided entry through.
- Bring your existing balances in once, so you're not starting from zero when you move to us.
- Close, reopen and year-end-close your periods: once a period is closed nothing new can slip in, and a year-end close only happens after the review step.
- A fixed-asset register with automatic depreciation (amortisman) — straight-line (normal) or declining-balance (azalan bakiyeler), with the full schedule and net book value laid out for you. When you post a year's depreciation it books itself to your ledger in one balanced step (expense against accumulated depreciation), so your duran varlıklar stay in sync with your accounts.
Invoices in and out
- Sales invoices (satış faturası), start to finish: draft and edit freely, then issuing assigns the next number and posts to your books in one step — never one without the other.
- Supplier invoices (alış faturası) with rules per supplier, so regular suppliers always land in the right accounts automatically.
- Who owes what, by age (cari hesap) — balances grouped 0–30 / 31–60 / 61–90 / 91+ days and totalled for you.
The reports you and your accountant need
- A trial balance, income statement (Gelir Tablosu), balance sheet (Bilanço) and cash-flow statement (Nakit Akış Tablosu) — as data or a print-ready PDF (Turkish characters included) — plus a multi-year summary.
Your Turkish tax forms, prepared for you
- KDV1 and KDV2 (tevkifat), prepared as drafts with the GİB file ready for your mali müşavir to submit today. (Filing straight to GİB is on the way.)
- Your BA-BS report — counterparties, thresholds and a download.
- A withholding (stopaj) register with a Form 1003 export, built from your purchase entries and using up-to-date Turkish tax rates for any date.
- Your e-Defter (yevmiye and kebir) prepared for your mali müşavir to review, with the 10-year record-keeping built in. When the official link goes live, the same flow handles signing, GİB upload and berat tracking — and your e-imza always stays with your integrator, never with us.
Your team and your sign-in
- Set up your company and owner account, invite your teammates (each joins on first accept), and decide who can do what across clear roles (owner, accountant, mali müşavir, sustainability reviewer, viewer) — and you can't accidentally remove your last owner.
- VKN and TCKN are checked wherever you add a customer or supplier.
- We record which agreement each person accepted, so you have a clear consent trail.
Your customers' data rights (KVKK), handled
- One place to export or erase customer data across the whole platform — your KVKK Article 7 and 11 obligations in a single action.
- Every important action is logged across the platform, so you can always show what happened and when.
For bigger teams: audit trail and single sign-on
- A complete, tamper-evident audit trail: filter by who, what and when, open any entry back to its source document, and download a sealed copy that can be re-checked later.
- Single sign-on (SAML) and user provisioning (SCIM) — connect your company's own login when you're ready; it stays off until you turn it on.
