A separate product, sold alongside Carbon Accounting. Draft contracts with AI, reuse your own clauses, read incoming contracts into clear records, and sign — for businesses where getting contracts out the door is the hold-up.

Built — not yet on sale on its own. The Legal product is built and tested, engine and screens, and runs inside the Nakitte app you log into. What it isn't yet is independently for sale: there's no standalone checkout, it opens alongside the full Carbon Accounting offering, and online signing waits on an e-signature partner. We'd rather tell you exactly where it stands than over- or under-sell it.

What's already built

Drafting and reading contracts

• Draft a contract with AI — what you type becomes a draft for a person to review; nothing is ever signed without someone approving it.
• Turn an incoming contract into a clear record — a contract that arrives from the other side becomes something you can actually work with.

Templates and a clear history

• A clear path for every contract — draft, ready, signed, ended — with amendments and an easy view of what changed.
• A library of your own templates — so any signed contract can always be rebuilt from its template, clause versions and details.
• A final PDF for a signed contract — which won't be produced until the contract has actually been reviewed, so the document on file is always the reviewed one.

KVKK consent

• Your KVKK notice, by version and language, with an record of who accepted which version, kept as evidence.

In the product

• A working Legal workspace in the app — one screen with tabs for contracts, AI drafting, inbound deals, templates and KVKK; it's the same product you log into for your books.
• The full contract lifecycle on screen — draft → ready → signed → ended, with amendments, version diffs and the final PDF, all from the contract's own panel.

Coming soon

• Signing online (e-imza / KEP)Coming soon — the whole signing flow is built and works end-to-end with a placeholder signer; it turns on for real once we add an e-signature partner.
