Early access. Road Logistics is built and tested end-to-end, and we're ready to bring carriers on one at a time as design partners. It isn't open to everyone yet — live U-ETDS filing to the Ministry switches on for each registered carrier (see "Coming soon").

One system, not a bolt-on

Logistics uses the same login, the same carbon records and the same accounting core as Carbon Accounting. You get operations, compliance, emissions and billing from one supplier, with no second emissions or tax system to keep in step.

Your freight emissions, worked out for you

You don't run a separate emissions tool. Every delivery you complete becomes a carbon figure in the same records that run your books.

• Every completed delivery adds its road-freight emissions to your carbon records, using factors that account for the type of vehicle — nothing to key in twice.
• Freight emissions reports (GLEC / CBAM / CSRD) from your tonne-kilometres, ready to download. (These are provisional, clearly marked, not assured.)
• A flag when a job looks off — priced below your rate card or floor, or an emissions outlier — as advice only; it never re-prices or re-files anything.

Pricing & billing

Price every job from your own rules, preview it as a quote, and let the invoice draft itself — you stay in control of issuing it.

• Automatic pricing from your own rate card with per-lane overrides, which you can preview up front as a quote (with a plain reason when a job can't be priced yet) before any invoice — and a draft sales invoice in Carbon Accounting for each job — always a draft you review and issue yourself.

Planning & deliveries

Run a job from first stop to signed delivery — multi-stop routes, stop-by-stop progress, and proof at the door, with your dispatcher deciding when it's done.

• Jobs from start to finish: create, assign, dispatch and deliver, with multi-stop routes you can edit while they're still planned.
• Stop-by-stop progress (arrived, completed) that never marks a job delivered on its own — your dispatcher confirms that.
• Proof of delivery with the recipient and a note, plus a delivery photo kept safely and shown back in place.
• A record of every change you can filter by who, what and when.

Your fleet

Your trucks, drivers and depots in one register — and the system catches a bad assignment before it leaves the yard.

• Your vehicles, drivers and depots — the people and trucks you assign work to. The system checks each assignment for you: it won't let you assign an unregistered or inactive vehicle, or a driver with an expired licence.

Carrier compliance & keeping shippers in the loop

Meet the Ministry filing every Turkish carrier owes, and give shippers a clean read-only window onto their own loads — without handing over your system.

• U-ETDS filing — the Ministry of Transport filing every Turkish carrier has to make.
• A read-only link you can share with a shipper so they can follow their own shipments and PODs, and you stay in control of creating and revoking those links at any time.
• A status and location timeline your dispatcher updates and the shipper can follow — and we're clear that it's dispatcher-updated, not live GPS.
• Limit which depots each person can work with.

• Live U-ETDS filing to the MinistryComing soon — the flow is built and tested; it switches on once a carrier is registered and the official channel is confirmed.
